Account details you provide, such as an email address and display name. Conversation content you write, so your history remains available to you. Basic technical data such as approximate region, browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
Why it is collected
To operate your account, to keep conversations continuous, to process payment where a paid plan is chosen, to prevent misuse, and to comply with legal obligations. Loverz AI does not sell personal data and does not use conversation content for advertising.
How long it is kept
Conversation history is kept while your account is open. Technical logs are kept for a short retention window and then discarded. Billing records are kept for the period required by accounting rules.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the service — hosting, payment processing and email delivery — each bound to process it on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Optional measurement cookies, where used, are limited to aggregate counts and can be declined without losing access.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, restrict its use, or ask for deletion of your account and conversation history. Requests are handled through the contact page and answered within a reasonable period.
Children
Loverz AI is for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts identified as belonging to a minor are closed and their data deleted.
