Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you and Loverz AI. They are written to be read, and the numbered clauses below are the operative part.

1. These terms govern your use of Loverz AI at https://loverz-ai.com. By opening the site or starting a conversation you accept them in full.
2. Access is restricted to adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or older where your local rules require it.
3. All companions offered on Loverz AI are fictional characters. Their names, biographies and portraits are invented and do not depict real individuals.
4. Conversations are provided for company, entertainment and creative writing. They are not advice of a medical, legal, psychological or financial nature.
5. Nothing on Loverz AI substitutes for professional care. If you are in distress or danger, contact a qualified local service immediately.
6. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
7. One person may hold one account. Sharing an account or reselling access is not permitted.
8. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, or that involves minors in any manner whatsoever.
9. You agree not to attempt to steer a companion toward explicit sexual content, illegal instruction, or the impersonation of a real identifiable person.
10. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, stress testing and reverse engineering of Loverz AI are prohibited without prior written permission.
11. You retain ownership of the text you write. You grant Loverz AI a limited licence to store and process it so the service can operate.
12. Text, portraits, page copy, character writing and the visual design of Loverz AI remain the property of the brand and its licensors.
13. Paid plans, where offered, are described with their price and billing period before payment is taken.
14. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date shown in your account.
15. Refunds are considered where a paid feature was unavailable for a sustained period, judged case by case.
16. Prices may change with notice. Changes apply from the next billing period and never retroactively.
17. Availability is offered on a best-effort basis. Maintenance windows and short interruptions may occur without prior notice.
18. Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as the service develops, provided any paid entitlement is honoured or refunded.
19. Conversation history is retained so that you can return to it, and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
20. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the contact page.
21. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where the law requires it, or where use threatens other users.
22. Where suspension arises from a misunderstanding, access is restored once the matter is resolved.
23. Third-party services used for hosting, payment or delivery operate under their own terms, which apply alongside these.
24. External links are provided for convenience. Loverz AI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content.
25. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.
26. No liability is accepted for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
27. You agree to indemnify Loverz AI against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or breach of these terms.
28. These terms may be updated. The revised version applies from the date shown on this page, and continued use signifies acceptance.
29. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
30. These terms are governed by the applicable law of the operator’s place of establishment, and disputes are first addressed through direct contact via the contact page.
